They can be cut to any size, either on or off the backing, to accommodate just about any area of eyelid drooping. For example, if your eyelids are sagging only in the center, cut a smaller piece off the top of the curve of the strip and apply it only under the specific area that needs support. And, for example, as Sandra found, if your eyelids are sagging only on the outer edges, cut the strips in half, snip the ends at an angle and apply the shorter pieces only to the outer area of your lids.
